We provide an array of services to treat various mental health conditions. As a psychiatrist, we offer treatment in adult psychiatry, child psychiatry, adolescent psychiatry, and family counseling. Patient Information
To begin the treatment process, we will need to gather information on the patient’s medical history, current condition, allergies, insurance, and any other pertinent factors we need to know. The patient may provide most of this information on a “New Patient Information Form” before the appointment. Once we conduct a psychiatric evaluation, we can begin to diagnose the patient and recommend a treatment plan. We will map out the appointment schedule and answer any questions the patient has.
